Offensive or unwanted behavior or language, including, but not limited to, discriminatory behavior or language based on race, religion, color, national origin, sexual orientation, gender expression or identity, transgender status, age, disability, veteran or marital status, political affiliation or any other similar categories. Intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning speech or actions will not be tolerated.

• Visual harassment, such as displaying sexual or offensive images OR inappropriate language at the session, meeting, or event, including in presentations, within the mobile app, slide decks, as backgrounds, or on clothing visible to attendees.

• Intimidation or bullying, either online or in-person. 

• Possession of a weapon or something that could be construed as a weapon during the event or on video. 

• Possession of illegal substances during the event.

• Inappropriate disruption of sessions, discussions, or other events. 

• Real or implied threat of physical, professional or financial damage or harm.

• Solicitation cannot take place in  any space in the event venue not leased to vendors or exhibitors. Sidewalks, parking lots, and surrounding areas of the event venue are property of the event venue, not LP&S. Exhibitor staff, uniformed personnel, or any person representing the marketing or the promotion of the exhibiting company are not allowed to utilize this space for solicitation purposes. This includes the distribution of materials without proper authorization being granted in advance.

• Soliciting is also prohibited in connection with Love, Peace, and Spades organization via mobile app or the web format unless authorized.

• Exhibitors or attendees violating these rules will be removed from the event.

Love, Peace & Spades™ attendee list, which contains the name and contact information for event registrants is under no circumstances shared with third-parties. Registering to Love, Peace & Spades™ events automatically opts all attendees in to receive communications via our newsletter. Please indicate your communication preferences promptly, As it is not our intention to Spam you with event updates and opportunities. 

Contact information collected by exhibitors, sponsors, and vendors is independent of Love, Peace & Spades™ and may be shared at their sole discretion independent of Love, Peace & Spades™ for marketing purposes.

Love, Peace & Spades™ believes in providing equal accessibility and opportunity for everyone. • If you are not feeling well prior to or during a Love, Peace & Spades™, we encourage you to use discretion and consideration for all attendees present to prevent the likelihood of transmission of illness.

• Love, Peace & Spades™ encourages our attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, volunteers and vendors to share their experience at our Love, Peace & Spades™ events on social media, unless a curators and participants specifically prohibits sharing of their content. By sharing photos and videos on social media channels, you are consenting that Love, Peace & Spades™ may reshare, repost and use those photos and videos prior, during, and after the conference. 

• Attendees that do not wish to participate, please contact our event administrators.

• For the security and safety of Love, Peace & Spades™ gameplay coaches, facilitators, sponsors, exhibitors, vendors, badges must be worn at all times.

• There are a variety of pass types, which are indicated on each individual’s event badge. Each pass type includes varying levels of access and admission to event happenings. Please reference the full breakdown of registration options and what’s included in each pass type for more information.

• Each individual badge needs to be picked up by the individual attendee and cannot be picked up by a representative from your organization.

By attending our events and programming, you acknowledge that your image may be captured on video or in photos taken on behalf of Love, Peace & Spades™.

You further provide Love, Peace & Spades™ the right to use candid group photos or videos without securing additional permission, provided those images are not accompanied by further personally identifying information. Please note:

Photos and/or recordings cannot be copied, altered, sold, exhibited, or further distributed without SHRM’s prior written consent.

Photos and/or recordings are the exclusive property of Love, Peace & Spades™.

Love, Peace & Spades™ may post photos and/or recordings on Love, Peace & Spades™ official social media accounts during and after events/programming.

In addition, no disruptions due to photography and/or recording shall be allowed, and violators may lose attendance privileges. This includes drones and personal professional photography equipment and applies to attendees, exhibitors, sponsors, speakers and vendors.

You may be asked to participate in interviews, such as testimonial videos, etc. In which case, you will be asked to fill out an additional consent form.

• WARNING RELATED TO COVID-19 INFECTION

  • The novel coronavirus, COVID-19, has been declared a worldwide pandemic and is very contagious

  • COVID-19 can cause serious and potentially life-threatening illness and even death. 

  • Love, Peace & Spades™ has taken and will continue to take all reasonable precautions to prevent against the presence and spread of the disease but cannot and does not guarantee against exposure; and therefore, in choosing to attend Love, Peace & Spades™ related events you acknowledge that you are assuming a risk that you may be exposing yourself to COVID-19 and its potential health risks.

• Love, Peace & Spades™ tickets and memberships are non transferable. 

• Attendees who do not attend the event and/or do not contact Love, Peace & Spades™ via written correspondence by the the event date are fully responsible for forgoing their donation and reserved ticket. 

• If Love, Peace & Spades™ cancels or postpones an event, attendees can transfer their registration to another Love, Peace & Spades™ event within the next calendar month, without penalty.
