It operates in partnership with Love, Peace & Games: Play It Forward (EIN: 99-4541414), a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Los Angeles. Contributions made to Love, Peace & Games: Play It Forward are tax-deductible to the fullest extent allowed by law.

These are two separate legal entities with distinct purposes, governance structures, and tax statuses. SUBJECT TO CHANGE LLC is responsible for the production and operation of Love, Peace & Spades™ events and experiences. Love, Peace & Games: Play It Forward advances play as cultural preservation and public learning through curriculum, research, and facilitated programming.

Event Disclaimer

Attendance at Love, Peace & Spades™ events is voluntary. By attending any Love, Peace & Spades™ event, attendees acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk: Attendees participate in all activities at their own risk. SUBJECT TO CHANGE LLC and Love, Peace & Games: Play It Forward are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage sustained during or in connection with attendance at any Love, Peace & Spades™ event.
